As Creative Manager, I developed the full creative concept for Shiseido’s Vital Perfection Potential Has No Age Summit, an inspiring brand event celebrating narratives that redefine age, beauty, and success.
The Summit brought together an influential lineup of trailblazing women in NYC for a series of dynamic conversations, including Linda Evangelista, Jenna Lyons, Shiseido U.S. CMO Agnes Landau, dermatologist Dr. Michelle Henry, and digital creators Ana Dias and Tennille Jenkins.
My work focused on designing immersive brand environments that elevated the guest experience while highlighting the story behind the Vital Perfection line. I created a large-scale backdrop installation inspired by the product’s key ingredients, fragrances, and packaging design—transforming the space into a sensory journey that allowed guests to connect with the brand beyond the product itself.
Additional experiential elements included:
Interactive hand massage stations for guests to experience the product
A curated gallery installation featuring portraits of the Summit speakers, reinforcing the theme of powerful women redefining beauty and success
Beyond concept development, I also oversaw vendor coordination and production, collaborating with florists, prop fabricators, and creative partners. On the day of the event, I acted as set decorator and creative manager, ensuring the environment, installations, and guest experiences aligned seamlessly with the brand vision.
The result was a multi-sensory, editorial-style brand environment that celebrated Shiseido’s message that potential has no age.
