Karine Maciel is a New York–based Art Director and Set Decorator, born and raised in Brazil. With a strong background in craftsmanship and sewing, her work combines hands-on making with visual storytelling.

Before moving to the United States, Karine worked with luxury fashion brands in Brazil, later expanding into film and production in Los Angeles, collaborating with prop houses and set designers on custom prop fabrication.

She has also worked as a Creative Manager for brand events, helping bring concepts to life for brands such as Shiseido. Today, she works in New York across commercials, film, and brand experiences, combining art direction with set decoration.
